hi, its been a little while. ive just been too busy with the field and moving and not having internet. well its easter weekend and nothing to do. i wanted to go home see my love and my family and do all sorts of things but military life is different. they set limits like how far you can go and im too far so, i might just be hanging out in jasksonville foe the weekend. ill try to write more often.

Wait! Today Sucked!!!

Ok today sucked so bad. We all got to play the hurry up and wait game, you where that's all you do is just sit there and wait, the whole day!!! I woke up at 0400 to go get my rifle from the armory at 0430 then went to the company office to wait to go the the range so I could sight in my rifle. It wasn't bad at first you know, oh ok we'll wait a few minutes to get a ride no flipping way!!! 3 hours went by till a vehicle of some sort showed up to take us to the range. Plus 1 hour drive to the range. I got to the range, all I had to do was shoot 10 rounds, 10 shots, that's it but no. Another hour goes by then I hear I'm not shooting, WTF!!! So they tear down the targets and we wait for another hour to get a ride to the ranges armory so we can turn in our rifles. We get there, we wait some more. 2 more hours go by to turn in 100 or less rifles to a miltary armory!! Then we go to our rides back to the barracks, 1 more hour later I'm off for the day to continue my wekend. God today SUCKED!!!
